Our stallion, Rock and Stroll, is double-registered Rocky Mountain Horse Association and Kentucky Mountain Saddle Horse Association and his lineage can be traced back to Old Tobe. We have two double-registered mares and three KMSHA mares. We breed for the chocolate/white mane and tail color.

The Rocky Mountain and Kentucky Mountain horses have a natural ambling four-beat gait, ideal for the trail ride. They are known for gentleness and endurance. They are sure-footed on rough ground and require a minimum of effort by both horse and rider enabling them to greater distances than other non-gaited breeds.

Fair Meadows Farms is located on 60 acres adjacent to the Tuckahoe State Park in Caroline County, Maryland, where twenty-six miles of state-maintained woodland trails take our horses down ravines and across streams and through meadows. The willing spirit of these horses will take you on as difficult a terrain you enjoy in comfort and style.

We take time in training our horses, working with them at a young age to do the basics, then working up to saddle training. See how we are training our youngsters.

We are an easy half-hour drive after you cross the Chesapeake Bay Bridge to the Eastern Shore. Please call, email, or just drop by anytime!
